Have been training at Top Gym for over 6 months now and it has exceeded my expectations, it has Bering constantly making improvements within the facilities, the owner makes greets every new member and makes everyone feel welcome. Wish I could give this gym 6 stars.

As a casual member, You will be charged per entry. Download the GymMaster app after signing up, log in and access our gym by tapping the Bluetooth check-in or scan the QR code at the door. Billing will occur within 48 hours after entering. If you leave and return within 2 hours, you won't be charged again. You only need to sign up once.
Yes and no, we do not have any dedicated reception staff on site but we have a our personal trainers and management operating throughout the day. If you do have any questions feel free to call us on 1300 867 496
Easy! Simply tap the Menu button in GymMaster, navigate to Memberships, and choose either Cancel or Hold. You have the flexibility to put your membership on hold for up to 28 days per year. If you require a longer hold period, feel free to contact us. We're here to assist you.
You may cancel anytime on our app. Just make sure you cancel before your next billing cycle. Our current billing cycles run Fridays for weekly membership Debits and the 1st of every month for Monthly Debits.
If any payments fail to go through due to insufficient funds, our payment provider will charge you a fee of $8.80 automatically. Unfortunately we have no control over this. We don't receive this money and cannot offer any refunds. Please ensure your account has the appropriate funds for up to 48 hours after your scheduled payment.
Our current billing cycles for direct debited gym memberships run every Friday for weekly and the 1st of every month for Monthly memberships.
Our casuals and upfront membership payments should be charged on the day of purchase.
Please always allow up to 48 hours for your account to be charged. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Because we charge all our direct debited memberships out on specific dates (Fridays for weekly & 1st of the month for monthly), the prorated fee charges the remaining time of the current week/month. Example: Weekly memberships started on Wednesday will be charged $4 for the next 2 days bringing it to Friday to charge the $14 weekly.
